Gotha (Dakore)

Ingredients:


Bengal gram flour     -  100 gms
Wheat flour              -  100 gms
Rava                        -  50 gms
Corn flour                -  50 gms(optional)
Fenugreek leaves     -  100 gms
Fresh coriander        -  10 gms
Fennel seeds(sauf)    -  1 table spoons
Coriander powder    -  1 tea spoon
Red chili powder      -  1 table spoon
Sugar                       -  3 table spoons
Lemon juice             -  1 table spoon
Sodium Bi Carb.      -  1 pinch
Salt to taste.


1.  Clean, wash and finely chop fenugreek leaves and coriander leaves.
2.  Mix all the ingredients with little into a thick paste and keep it aside for 15 - 20 mins.
3.  Divide the dough into small balls and deep fry in oil.
4.  Cook in low flame till the ghotas turn golden brown.
5.  Ghota ready.  Its an snack for tea time.
