Kachori(With mutter stuffing)

Ingredients:

For Crust
Maida (all time flour) -  1 cup
Cooking oil               -  1/2 tea spoon
Salt to taste

For stuffing:
peas                          -  1/2 cup
Fresh Thoor(optional)-  1/2 cup
Green chillies             -  2 - 3 nos
Garlic                        -  4 - 6 pearls
Sauf (Fennel seeds)   -  1/2 tea spoon
Salt to taste

1.  Mix all the cover ingredients into a tight dough and keep it aside(covered) for 1/2 hr.
2.  Grind peas, fresh thoor(If you don't want to use fresh thoor use 1 cup of peas) green chillies, garlics and sauf coarsely.
3.  Heat 1 table spoon of oil in a kadai and add the coarsely ground masala and salt and stir the mixture and cook till the peas is done.
4.  Remove from stove and allow it to cool.
5.  Now take a small portion of dough and roll it into a 2 inch circle.
6.  Take a portion of peas masala mixture.  Make it a into a ball and place it in the center of the rolled chapathi.
7.  Stretch the chapati and cover the whole peas mixture and stick it properly.
8.  Again roll it slightly and remember that the cover should not break.
9.  Heat cooking oil for deep frying and fry the rolled kachoris one by one till golden brown.
10.Serve hot with chutney and sauce.
